Every ArticleTeaserCard variant, at real size, with real content. All 4 variants accept articles,projects, orlab entries. When an entry has noheroImage/seo.ogImage(true of nearly everything below), the image shown is a generated, textless teaser image (/og/teaser/<collection>/<id>.png) — not the full 1200×630 article-share card, which used to get cropped illegibly at these smaller aspect ratios. Not linked anywhere; not in the sitemap.
variant="featured" — aspect-video image, "Featured" pill (top-right), full padded content block. Used: /lab "Latest Writing" hero slot, homepage "Featured Projects" grid.
variant="compact" (default) — fixed 96×96 square thumbnail + flex-1 text row. The thumbnail is a real square (not grid-row-stretched) specifically so it never depends on neighboring content's height. Used: /lab "Latest Writing" list, homepage "Latest Articles".
variant="vertical" — aspect-video image with a category/status pill overlaid bottom-left, content below. Works across all 3 collections (pill shows category/status/labCategory). Used: /articles index grid.
